5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → Total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳22,000 or more → Maximum bonus of ৳15,000 → Total balance ৳37,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. The deposit amount is not included in this calculation.

The following applies to meeting wagering requirements:

• Not all games may contribute equally to wagering.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Every bet placed from the bonus balance will count toward meeting the requirements.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is detected from the same IP address or device, both accounts will be closed.

6 Prohibited Activities

• Failure to provide KYC documents when requested
• Evidence that the account holder is a minor

7.2 Closure by the User

Any user may close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid balance at the time of closure may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable rules.
